What is a pre-order and how does it work?
A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be available shortly. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each pre-ordered item on the product page.

Mixed order consisting of currently available and pre-order items must be ordered in separate orders. The products are shipped at different times.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the package has been shipped.

Pre-orders are possible with 100% deposit. Contact us and we will arrange this for you and let you know by email when the item is ready.
